“Behold our God” with Bruce Ware

One of our favourite quotes comes from A.W. Tozer, "What comes to our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us." Our view and vision of God, however, is often far too small as we seek to make Him in our image; focus on the qualities we like and downplay the rest; or limit Him – making Him a "tame lion" rather than the "true King" as Mr Beaver might have said about Aslan! We constantly need our vision of God renewed and our view expanded – seeing Him as He is in all His glorious characteristics.
We are thrilled to announce that the 2023 Theology Matters Conference will see Bruce Ware joining us to speak on the Attributes of God. He will help open our eyes, minds and hearts so that we may, afresh, behold our God.
We cap numbers to 70 people to maximise interaction between delegates and speakers so book in soon.
The conference will be held at Redeemer Church, Plymouth from Tuesday 6th-Thursday 8th June 2023.
MEET OUR SPEAKER
Bruce Ware is the T. Rupert and Lucille Coleman Professor of Christian Theology and Chairman of the Department of Christian Theology at the Southern Baptist Theology Seminary, joining us to speak on the Attributes of God. Bruce is the author of several books including God's Lesser Glory; God's Greater Glory; and The Man Christ Jesus as well as former President of the Evangelical Theology Society.
