When we think of the work of Christ we tend to focus on his birth, death and resurrection. There are, however, areas we tend to pass over or neglect because, to be honest, we are not sure how to understand these events or their importance. We need to help to grasp the significance of the Transfiguration; what is happening in Christ’s descent following his crucifixion and the ongoing meaning of the Ascension in our lives today.
We are pleased to announce the 2024 Theology Matters Conference will see Patrick Schreiner joining us to speak on The Neglected Christ giving us the opportunity to look at The Transfiguration; Descent and Ascension in some detail. Patrick will help us probe the text, understand the doctrines and rejoice in what these areas mean for us today and deepen our faith, hope and love in Jesus.
We cap numbers to 70 people to maximise interaction between delegates and speakers so book in soon.
